To accompany ‘An Apple a Day’ - a STEAM initiated resource packs schools inspired by artist Anya Gallaccio - I was asked to design & illustrate an Activity Sheet based around wildlife in Lees Court Estate.

‘Lees Court is a large estate near Faversham and this is where the students are planting the orchard designed by artist Anya Gallaccio. The orchard will be planted with heritage varieties of apples in a unique circular pattern.’

It was great fun creating all the flora & fauna throughout the spreads, using a mix of collage, painting and drawing using the chosen colour palette for this project.

This is available as a free downloadable resource on ‘An Apple a Day’ via Turner Contemporary. More info can be found here.

Many thanks to Sara Jackson for getting me on board!
